What you will need is the The Reapers Repository,  here is how to quickly add it

• • Open Kodi
  • go to SYSTEM 
  • select File Manager
  • Add Source
  • Select None
  • Type the following http://reaperaddons.tk  and click Done
  • Highlight the box underneath and enter name in media Source. I use Reaper
  • Select OK
  • Go back to your Home Screen
  • Select SYSTEM
  • Add-Ons
  • Select Install from zip file
  • Click Reaper
  • Select repository.reaper-1.00.zip
  • Wait for Add-on enabled notification

• Select Install from Repository 
  Click on The Reaper Repo
  Select Video Add-ons
  Choose Reaper Addon
  Select Install
  Wait for Add-on enabled notification

You can locate Reaper addon under Video addons.
