To start input this in the browser on your device: http://www.tugafree.hostei.com/Tugafree.repositorio-0.0.2.zip
and download and save to a location you can easily access from your Kodi device.
now once you’ve opened Kodi.
then follow the following steps.

– select settings.
– Choose Add-Ons.
– select Install from zip file.
– navigate to the downloaded zip you downloaded earlier and select Tugafree.repositorio-0.0.2.zip.
– wait for notification.
– select Get Add-Ons or Install from Repository.
– Click Tugafree Repositorio.
– select Video Add-Ons.
– Click Tugafree.
– select Install.
– wait for Add-On Enabled notification.
– FreeTuga is now installed and ready to use.
– Choose Add-Ons.
– select Install from zip file.
– navigate to the downloaded zip you downloaded earlier and select Tugafree.repositorio-0.0.2.zip.
– wait for notification.
– select Get Add-Ons or Install from Repository.
– Click Tugafree Repositorio.
– select Video Add-Ons.
