What is the UDID number ?
Every Apple device has a Unique Device Identifier (UDID), which is a sequence of 40 letters and numbers that is specific to your device. It’s like a serial number but much harder to guess. It will look something like this: 2b6f0cc904d137be2e1730235f5664094b831186.
How to get your UDID
1: Connect your device to your computer, you will also need to connect your power cable if your using an Apple TV 4
2: Open iTunes and your Apple TV will show in iTunes
3: Reveal your UDID by clicking on Serial Number:
What happens next?
Once they have received your order they will email you to arrange a time for your service. alternately you can use our instant chat to arrange a time slot that‘s suitable. (This is what I did and they were very helpful and accommodating)
